Terms : Net 30 days upon approval of credit application.
After 30 days, a finance charge of 2% per month will be
charged on all past due invoices.
The cost of legal/collection fee will be charged to the
delinquent account.
There is a $25.00 fee for any returned check.
New Accounts: For orders placed the first year, we accept only Visa / Master Card
Money Order or Casher's Check.
After the first yeara, Net 30 is available upon approval of credit application.

Back orders : Any back order will cancelled after 60 days from original invoice date.
If you do not want back orders shipped, please notify us when you place an order.
Claims : All shipment must be inspected at the time of delivery for
shortage and damages before signing for acceptance of goods.
Any claims for damage or shortage of cartons must be
made directly with carrier immediately.
We are not responsible for any delay or damage by the
carrier. If there is concealed damage, please contact us
within 5 day of receipt of goods.
Returns : Merchandise cannot be returned without prior
authorization. No refund after 30 days from the invoice
date. There will be 20% restocking fee assessed for any item
returned and the customer is responsible for shipping
charge.
